- Digital products (downloadable learning materials)
Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Small variations may occur due to printing or screen display differences.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of technical issues or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
5. Shipping
Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and postal services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically after payment.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
7. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
If you are not satisfied with your physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds or replacements may be offered depending on the situation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, and learning materials remain the property of tétoté atelier and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
